You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible Returns

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original, resalable condition
• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized items
• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
• Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Velnoa Inc. will cover the return shipping cost.
• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at info@shopvelnoa.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
3. Securely package the item and clearly include your order number with the return.
4. Ship the item according to the provided instructions.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
